As AlUla Sports Club builds its new headquarters in Madinah, PRIX Constructions was entrusted with the complete interior and exterior finishing and fit-out works for the club's sports complex.
PRIX Scope of Work
Complete interior and exterior finishing and fit-out works. Status: in progress. Our teams take the buildings from structure to spaces ready for use, from precise plastering of walls, ceilings, reveals and façades to the finishing and fit-out works that give the club its identity. Every surface, edge and material transition is executed with strict discipline in alignment, levels and detailing, for a clean, durable and consistent result.
Execution & Delivery
In close coordination with the main contractor and the consultant, and under a rigorous inspection and approval system, every scope is handed over complete and compliant with specifications. The project reflects PRIX's growing contribution to the sports and community landscape of Madinah, in support of Saudi Vision 2030's goal of a vibrant society.
