La Vista Topaz – Ain Sokhna
Overview
La Vista Topaz resort covers approximately 600,000 square meters on the Red Sea coast at Ain Sokhna. Within the resort, PRIX delivered a number of villa and chalet clusters, along with the green areas and water features that define the resort.
PRIX Scope of Work
Construction of villa and chalet clusters, and landscaping works across the resort. Our scope in the residential buildings covered the complete structural works (concrete frame, slabs, façade elements and roofs), followed by exterior finishes that reflect the resort's modern European coastal character.
Execution & Delivery
In the landscaping works, our teams delivered gardens in varied designs, cascading pools, lawns and palm-lined walkways that connect the buildings to their coastal setting. Combining large-scale hardscape with precise planting in a coastal desert environment required close coordination with the developer's design team and specialist planting contractors, so that architecture and nature read as one.
