Overview
Located in Madinah, this is one of the National Housing Company's largest residential projects, comprising 1,782 villas to meet the city's growing demand for modern family homes, in line with Saudi Vision 2030's housing targets.
PRIX Scope of Work
Project management consultancy (PMC). Owner: National Housing Company (NHC). PRIX provided full project management consultancy (PMC) services across all phases of construction, including design coordination, construction supervision, schedule control and quality assurance. The project combines precast and cast-in-place concrete systems across multiple villa types, achieving efficiency in time and cost and consistent structural performance.
Execution & Delivery
Our responsibilities included tracking progress, managing interfaces between contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements and owner requirements, maintaining the efficiency and build quality of a project of this scale while preserving the unified urban character planned for the community.
